I work as an equity strategist—though it’s not something you learn in a classroom. It’s a lens. A way of being. A practice of asking better questions to get to the root.  Of co-creating with people in ways that center possibility: the possibility of uprooting harm, cultivating care, and building communities where justice is not an aspiration, but a lived reality.

Across my career, I have built pathways to opportunity and access. I have mentored Latinx students at the same community college I once attended. I have led a social justice festival, partnered with teachers and school leaders to redesign systems that authentically engage families, managed large-scale grants that reshaped how schools and communities work together, convened practitioners and policymakers to expand educator diversity, and founded an educational equity department in a large urban district serving thousands of students.

Aneke Consulting exists to walk alongside people and organizations—to imagine more boldly, to act with greater courage and compassion, and to move forward with less fear of the unknown.
